Castle Nathria raid on Mythic difficulty offers 226 item level gear (233 item level from the last two bosses) including vampire-themed weapons and armor as rewards for killing bosses within the raid.  Additionally, a new feature called The Great Vault was introduced with the release of the Shadowlands expansion which is essentially an upgraded version of the previous Weekly Chest system. This time, however, players are guaranteed a weekly reward for killing bosses in the Castle Nathria raid.  The item level of the reward from the Great Vault will be equal to the item level of loot obtained from the Castle Nathria normal raid - 226/233 item level, however, to have a chance of the 233 item level appearing, you will need to kill the last two bosses in the Mythic Castle Nathria Raid. You can also unlock up to 3 additional items to choose from by killing more bosses in the raid which allows you more variety and a better chance of getting your desired item. However, keep in mind that you can only pick one of the guaranteed weekly rewards from the Great Vault. Depending on the number of bosses you killed during the week you will unlock and be able to choose from the following rewards from  your Vault: ●       1 item of 226/233 item level unlocked - 3/10 Castle Nathria Mythic bosses killed during one weekly reset; ●       2 items of 226/233 item level unlocked - 7/10 Castle Nathria Mythic bosses killed during one weekly reset; ●       3 items of 226/233 item level unlocked - 10/10 Castle Nathria Mythic bosses killed during one weekly reset.
