Game Coaching Terms
Terms for in-game coaching on D4Realm: live voice coaching, replay review and build guidance for a specific game and rank bracket.

1. What this page covers
These terms apply to game coaching sold on D4Realm: live in-game coaching, replay review and role or build guidance for a specific game and rank bracket. They do not apply to boosting orders, where a player works on your account instead of guiding you. Coaching is always self-play — you stay on your own account and in your own matches.
2. Definitions
A "coaching session" is a booked block of time in which a verified game coach joins your voice channel, reviews your play or plays alongside you in the game you booked. A "VOD review" is an analysis of recorded gameplay you supply. "Bracket" means the rank range you booked for, such as Gold–Platinum or Mythic+. A "patch" is the game version current at the time of the session.
3. Games we coach
Coaching is offered only for games listed on this site and only in the modes our coaches actually play at a high level. If a game has no coaching coach available in your region, we will say so before you pay rather than substituting someone unqualified. Coaching is not available for the account-sharing side of any service.
4. Applying to coach
Applicants tell us the game, the rank or competitive record that qualifies them, the modes they coach and their weekly availability. We verify the claim in that game before offering a session — a screenshot of a rank alone is not enough, we ask for a live check or a recent match history. A coach account is personal and cannot be transferred.
5. Booking, scheduling and time zones
Sessions are booked against your own time zone and the game region you play in, because a coach on the wrong region cannot join your matches usefully. A coach confirms or proposes another slot within 24 hours. If no workable time exists in your bracket and region, the session is refunded in full. Rescheduling is free with at least 12 hours notice.
6. What a session includes
Every session includes live voice guidance while you play, or a frame-by-frame review of the footage you supplied, depending on the format you booked. You get a short written summary afterwards listing the two or three things to work on next. Session length is the length you bought; a longer block must be booked or agreed before it starts, never billed silently after the fact.
7. Technical requirements
You need the game installed and updated to the current patch, a microphone, and a voice channel we can join — normally Discord. For VOD review you need to supply footage that captures your own perspective, not a spectator or streamer view. If a session cannot proceed because the game is down for maintenance or a patch breaks compatibility, it is rescheduled at no cost.
8. Customer responsibilities
Come with a question you actually want answered — a role, a matchup, a build or a decision you keep losing. Provide accurate rank and role information; a coach set up for the wrong bracket wastes your time and theirs. Sessions missed by the customer are treated as delivered after a 15 minute grace period unless the coach agrees to wait.
9. Coach conduct
Coaches arrive on time, prepared for the game and bracket booked, and they coach rather than play for you. No logging in to a customer account, no pushing the customer to buy a boost instead, no streaming or recording a session without written permission, and no moving a customer off-platform.
10. Quality and corrections
If a session does not cover the game, bracket or format you booked, tell support within 72 hours with the session details. We check the booking record and, where the issue is confirmed, offer a follow-up session or a partial refund. Disagreement with a coach about playstyle or with the outcome of your matches is not by itself grounds for a refund.
11. Payouts for coaches
Coaches are paid per delivered session. Rates and payout schedules are agreed individually when a coach is onboarded and are not published on this page. A session marked delivered but disputed is held until the review in section 10 closes, then released or refunded.
12. Suspension and removal
We may suspend a coach for repeated lateness or no-shows, conduct complaints, coaching outside the game or bracket they were verified for, or attempts to take customers off-platform. Suspension stops new bookings immediately and sessions already paid for are refunded to the customer.
13. Liability
Coaching is guidance, not a guaranteed result. We do not promise a specific rank, win rate, clear time or rating after any number of sessions, because matchmaking, teammates and patches are outside our control. Our liability for any single session is limited to the amount paid for that session.
