How It Works
From picking a service to confirming delivery, this is the full path an order takes.

Choose a service
Open a game page or the full catalogue and pick the service you need. Each product page lists the options that service supports, such as level range, platform, completion speed or delivery method.

Set the options you want
The configurator on the right of a product page updates the price as you change options. The start and completion estimates shown there apply to that specific service, not to the site as a whole.

Check out
Pay with card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. An order is confirmed once payment clears, and it enters the queue for assignment.

A verified player is assigned
For piloted orders, the player signs in and works while you are offline — please stay off the account until the session ends. For self-play orders you keep your own login and play alongside the team.

Follow progress
Your account dashboard shows the status and reported progress of every order. Support can answer questions at any point without you needing to interrupt the session.

Confirm delivery
When the order is complete, check the result in game. Change your password if it was a piloted order. If something does not match what you ordered, tell support and we will fix it or refund the undelivered part.
